I’m a firm believer that everyone should have one of these when they go camping! They’re just super handy, compact, and you really do get a lot of use out of it.
There’s tons of different options for all budgets, but this is definitely a really cool gift. I’ve had mine for years, and am always recommending people to get one.
(Just be careful not to go through airport security with it!)

I’ve been a big fan of GoPro for as long as I can remember, and I really do believe that every single person should have one!
The camera on this is truly amazing (especially when you consider how small it is), and it’s the perfect hiking buddy.
You can do fun time-lapses of your time on the trails, take epic selfies at viewpoints, and get really cool underwater shots.
The GoPro Hero 6 was just released, and it’s definitely worth the upgrade. While it may not be the cheapest gift (costing $450), it would definitely be well received!!
6 ) Micro Fiber Towel
Having one of these bad boys is absolutely essential to any long-term backpacking trip, hiking adventure, or beach day. They’re also just super handy for sports, the gym, and swimming.
They don’t up much much space in your backpack at all, but will do the job perfectly. I carry one of these with me along all my travels, but especially when I’m heading out hiking.
There you have it! While there are obviously tons more ideas, these are 6 awesome gift ideas that would be perfect for those adventurous hikers out there.
